Sister property to the equally appealing Leonie alongside, this stylish and desirable town house sits in an enviable position right at the heart of thriving Fiskardo and enjoys the same eye-catching views from its balconies and terraces to the sea and neighbouring island of Ithaca. Being centrally located in the hub of this atmospheric and bustling coastal town means that everything one could reasonably need to enjoy an effortless and relaxing holiday is within easy walking distance, including the iconic, taverna-lined harbour itself.
Behind the elegant, traditionally Ionian façade lies a tastefully styled, bright and contemporary interior. Spaciously open plan, the ground floor has an attractive, practical kitchen/dining area and plump, comfortable furnishings that blend seamlessly with the light pastel colour scheme of cream and taupe. A third shower room perfectly complements the two that are en suite. Mirroring the sparkling waters of the nearby bay, seemingly endless shafts of Mediterranean sunlight stream through a twin set of French doors reminding visitors that this is indeed summer living at its best!

Upstairs, the two smart bedrooms each have a well-appointed en suite shower room and a balcony – perfect vantage points from which those gorgeous views across the town to the azure sea, and very often the Greek mainland itself, can be further admired.

All the benefits of town living are 'on your doorstep'. An array of tavernas from casual to fine dining, smart cocktail bars, laid-back cafes, fashionable boutiques, ice cream parlours and, of course, numerous supermarkets offering fresh bread, fruit, vegetables, local fish, meat and everyday essentials are all within a few hundred metres' walking distance.

Focal point of Fiskardo and famously picturesque, the vibrant Venetian-styled quayside (500m) is fringed by some of the island’s best restaurants whose waterside dining terraces provide grandstand seats from which to admire the impressive array of watercraft - everything from simple fishing boats to grand super-yachts of the rich (and often famous) - as they jostle for a prime mooring position!

Fishing trips, scuba diving and boat hire are all available locally with regular ferries linking Fiskardo to the mainland and other nearby islands. For a cooling dip in the sea the tiny town beach of Zavolata is just 250m away, Foki Beach (1.5km) is a gorgeous, sheltered cove with translucent waters and a taverna, while the equally lovely Emplisi Beach (1.7km) is bordered by white limestone and lush greenery.

Being located next door to Leonie means Isalos could be a good choice for an extended family or a group of friends who can be near to each other whilst retaining their own individual space and privacy. Due to the nearby wooded environs barbecues are not permitted. As a busy working town please expect a varying degree of audible traffic sound in the vicinity of the property.
