The lovely Villa Emiliata with 3 bedrooms, sits on the Liakas peninsular high amongst its private garden and offers beautiful countryside & sea views.. The property is on two terraces whereby the villa is on the upper level above the pool area enabling the best views.



The large first floor balcony offers commanding views, and watching the sun rise or set, whilst relaxing in the comfy chairs with a pre-dinner drink, will become a 'not to be missed' daily ritual. Inside, the villa is laid out particularly well to accommodate a family. With three bedrooms and three bath/shower rooms, plus a large balcony off the living/kitchen area that overlooks the pool and garden.



From the garden, a few steps down bring guests to the enormous stone-paved terrace encompassing the immaculate pool. This is surrounded by mature shrubs creating a completely private area. The only difficult choice of the day here is whether to laze in the hammock, relax in a deck chair or doze off on a cushioned sun-bed...



For youngsters there is a small selection of outdoor toys and a playhouse to keep them occupied, should they need to be out of the pool. Dining outdoors can be done either at the pool level next to the BBQ or in the garden under the plane tree where both have tables and chairs, thus making easy to dine and have a dip all day or night long.



Location-Spartia

Villa Emiliata is just 2kms outside of Spartia village, on the Liakas peninsular. Spartia's maze like narrow roads all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets, a coffee/cocktail shop and Cavo Liakas Taverna and a few more enroute to Argostoli, the capital, which is just a 20min drive away. The small sandy beach of Spartia is just under 2kms and here you can find The Waterways Taverna which sits above the beach with superb views. In the opposite direction from the villa and downhill (quite steep) leads to the tip of the Liakas peninsula where an interesting natural rock platform is located and the snorkelling is amazing, but there are a few sun loungers and umbrellas located here if you just want to relax with the sound of the waves lapping on the rock.

Kitchen Area - Fitted cupboards, ample counter space, sink, espresso maker (Nespresso original capsules), filtered coffee machine, electric oven, electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Double bedroom - Double bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Window with a garden view. Air Con Unit.

Shower Room - Tiled shower, wash hand basin and WC.



First Floor-

Double bedroom with en suite shower room - Double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and satellite TV. Tiled en suite with shower, wash basin and WC. Sliding glass door to shared sea view balcony. Air con unit.

Twin bedded bedroom - Two single beds, bedside table and wardrobe. Sliding glass door to shared sea view balcony. Air con unit.

Family Bath/Shower room - Full Bath with shower attachment, washbasin, WC and washing machine.



NOTE: The 7th person can be accommodated on a simple folding bed, suitable for a child up to 10-12 yrs old only.



Housekeeping

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.

Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.



Parking - There is ample parking in the driveway.
