Villa Marina Ai Helis sits proudly on the cliff top above the glorious golden sand bay of Ai Helis, with breathtaking views across the Ionian Sea to Zakynthos with the tiny islet of Dias centre stage. The beach is accessible down a long flight of steps and just a short walk from the villa you'll find several tavernas and a minimarket within easy walking distance, making Villa Marina Ai Helis a wonderful base for your summer holiday.
The beautiful lawned garden surrounds the large glistening pool and pool terrace, with a generous shaded area where you'll find Al fresco dining for 10 and a built in bbq for  your enjoyment.  The property is fully enclosed and accessed from a quiet lane which leads on down to the beach.
The interior of the house is divided into two sides, with a unified ground floor area which houses the main living room with patio doors leading out to the sea facing garden, and a state of the art brand new fully fitted kitchen (being added Winter 2022).  Stone steps lead up to three bedrooms on one side and two on the other via separate staircases. The fifth bathroom, a shower is on the ground floor near the kitchen.
The gated basement houses the utility area containing washing machines and a ping pong table.
