Freundliches Personal, angenehme Atmosphäre. Mit der Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel war ich zufrieden. Das einzige Problem war, dass die Karte zum Öffnen der Tür nicht funktionierte, aber sie gaben uns einen Schlüssel und das löste das Problem. Gute Lage des Hotels. In der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Good location and a quick walk to anything within the city! The river makes for a good view as well.

Great spot and close to everything

There was no hot water in the shower. The staff offset the parking cost to show their understanding.

We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good.
