Our room was really smelly, over powering musty smell. Was nice to find a pet friendly hotel but it wasn’t great, everything squeaked, the beds, the chairs, the doors. The walls were paper thin - we could hear everything above, below and beside us. Overall not a great stay, probably would find a different option for next time.

We looked for a hotel with a pool but it was too cold to swim in. Even the children stayed out. The "hot tub" was more like a pool in temperature. The breakfast was really good and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

We liked the staff, the cleanliness, the buffet breakfast, the room amenities and the fact that everything was new and modern, however; the beds were uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. We were also disappointed in the pool. The website says it is a heated pool, but it was cold. So cold that the hot tub was full of young children, I'm assuming because they didn't want to be in the cold pool. So both of those amenities were not usable. The pool was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel, so between the uncomfortable beds and the cold pool, we will not be back!

Great location! Plenty of shops in walking distance. We took advantage of the “easy to use” bus system and there was a stop on the street behind this hotel which made it even more convenient to use.

We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. First impressions are so important, especially when you’re checking in after a long trip. However, the front desk staff didn’t greet us with a smile or a warm welcome, which set a disappointing tone from the start. During our stay, the hot tub was under maintenance, which was a letdown since we were looking forward to relaxing. To make matters worse, the pool water was uncomfortably cold, making it difficult to enjoy that facility as well. Breakfast, though convenient, was exactly the same every single day. After the first morning, it became repetitive and uninspired — we would have appreciated more variety or even a rotating menu. Overall, while the hotel had potential, the lack of hospitality, limited amenities, and lackluster breakfast left us feeling underwhelmed. I hope the management considers improvements in these areas for future guests.
