Pros and cons for the stay

I have pros and cons point for this stay, let go for bad things first, afternoon shift of reception are fail, not telling m how password of wifi, and i m asking for hot boiler, and he said nothing can provide except this small boiling machine for all the customers, now summer is possible, when winter how can we survive. He said this is the only thing they can provide. But for the good thing is everything is quite new, bed and pillow is super good, shower is excellent hot and strong. However, the night shift lady is fine, and helpful, i do think is independent employee problem, may be a women serve is much better than a men.

Very noisy rooms due to poor design of windows. They should have used triple pane windows to dampen noise from adjacent highway 97. We couldn't get good sleep whole night. Breakfast was good. Roomscwere clean and staff very friendly. Restaurant is not useful for dinner as menu is designed only for Philipinos.

We have stayed here several time I guess my rooms were on the east side. This time we stayed on the west side and the highway noise was very bad at night and in the morning. I am staying there again and have requested a room on the east side away from the highway

I reserved a room with a king bed. It was the same price as 2 queens. When we arrived I asked to change to two beds. I had to pay an extra $100. Desk person said price had gone up. Well, it had gone up on the room I reserved too.

Everything was good except we could hear the trucks rumbling by at night on highway 97. Being a light sleeper it was a bit annoying. However we were staying for only two nights so we managed it.
