Our room was very clean and the bed was excellent! We stayed here a week ago and booked it for last night because we were so pleased the first time. It is a short taxi ride to the airport. The breakfast was nice, hot scrambled eggs and sausage plus other options if desired. Coffee is excellent. Definitely will return when we are back in Kelowna.

We arrived very late in the evening however, a very friendly staff member was there to greet us. The room was exceptionally clean and the continental breakfast the next morning had many options! We have already booked a room again for a future date because we were so impressed by this hotel.

Spent the nite with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. Rimpy at the front desk was very helpful with getting me juice for the children so I didn’t have to go out. She also gave me some milk for the baby bottle as we had finished what we had and just wanted to relax. Much appreciated! Traffic from the highway can be loud at nite, so I recommend requesting the backside if you want a quieter room. Breakfast was ok, stay away from the pancake machine, it does not make good pancakes. Very clean and comfortable room! Would stay here again! 🙂

The room was fine..although it smelled a little like cigarette smoke. The first time we tried to check in we waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the reception desk before we gave up and joined friends. When we dud catch the receptionist she was very nice but told us we had to have the noisy rooms facing the highway unless we wanted to pay more and upgrade. And they were noisy- as were the people above us...poor soundproofing. Breakfast was basic....pancake machine,sausages, toast, yogurt etc. prepackaged muffins etc.
