Perfect downtown location, short walk to the waterfront and patio restaurants & bars. The property is great and the host, Julian, was a total pleasure to deal with. The property is literally brand new with excellent (and new) appliances. The parking could have been a little tough to find, but in our case, Julian met us and pretty much walked us through the process. Once you've used it once, it was a very straightforward and easy process from there. The facilities at this apartment are outstanding. The 6th floor houses impressive features including (though not limited to), large pool, fantastic state of the art Gym, movie room, wine tasting room, business centre with private board rooms, a games room and even a golf simulator - truly first class set up. Would recommend as the best option for a stay in Kelowna.
