The property has a kitchenette but no dishes, cutlery, toaster,or coffee maker were available in the room. When we asked we were told that they had nothing. Not even a glass. The staff were kind to get us an extra towel, soap, and pillows but the amenities are pretty weak. Also, the mattress was extremely soft. On the positive side, it's in a great location close to beaches and lots of restaurants and grocery stores.
