We will be back!

Breakfast was basic but good (weekdays are always less than weekends), employees were friendly (espeically Kayla), comfy beds, working AC, didn't have time for pool but it looked decent, and dog friendly (an added bonus)! Thank you. We will be back next time in the area!

Overall it was a great stay. The room though was very damp. Everything felt a little damp and the towels never dried. Fridge also had a click/snap sound throughout the day/night. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Would stay here again

No shampoo or soap in the room Extremely loud cooler when it came in made a banging noise and there was a constant running water sound very noisy place Staff were very nice

The price was great. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. The room was good sized. The pool was icey. The hot tub was extra chloriney. The toilets rock back and forth. The value is there if your not expecting perfection. I travel with 3 kids. These places are perfect for us.

Reserved a room here because it had a pool and hot tub and served breakfast. After a day of traveling, I wanted to have a pool for the children and hot tub for my wife. When we went to the pool, it was small and was practically full and the chemical levels were so high it stung our eyes instantly. I was disappointed.

Definitely nothing to write home about. The pool and hot tub have left us scarred. The amount of bleach used is unreal. Our lungs are burning and we have dry and irritated spots through our body. We turned on the jets in the hot tub and it all went down hill from there. It was within two minutes we all (6) of us in there, exited and had to wipe our eyes with a towel. They were burning so bad. The worst part was trying to talk to the front desk employee the next morning. She completely shut us down and said everything was tested after the other complaints and it all came back fine. So, I went back in the pool area before we checkout out to make myself feel better about it. I wasn’t wrong. Something is terribly wrong with that pool.

Beds were comfortable, room was comfortable and spacious. My 16 yr old daughter didnt even pull out the bed on the couch, just slept on the couch and says it was comfortable. The room was clean. The only slightly bad thing I have to say is their "conditioning shampoo" is not very conditioning and I had wished they had better shampoo and conditioner. We had wanted to stay another night but they were booked full. Thank you for a great stay.

STP stay

Excellent hotel with friendly staff at the counter. Very helpful and efficient. This is a must-stop if you are doing the STP and decide to stay in Longview. Will be back next year!
