For the price I paid this place is phenomenal it's extremely clean on a scale of 1 to 10 it was quiet around an eight I did pick this specific facility because it had a hot tub but the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool so I did not use it but outside of this I would recommend this place a million times over

The property needs a lot of upgrades. Bathrooms were not clean very well and brackets were nearly broken on the shower curtain rod. The air conditioning and heat smelled like dirty socks when it was running. Breakfast was limited.

I stayed at 3 hotels (two were Baymont) this was the most expensive, and the worst kept. It was fine for a place to lo your head and it wasn't in a bad neighborhood, busy and loud but it was close to the highway, Restaurants and shopping are close. The hot tub was cold. The pool was heated which was nice. Everything was done with bare minimum effort, the housekeeping compared to others was just fair, we found obvious trash on the floor, and the door was loose in the frame. breakfast was edible (except the biscuits, they were OLD and petrified), but everything was cheap and obliviously so, Best Choice foods and tough baked goods. Whereas, at the other Baymont there was Yoplait yogurts and FRESH baked goods. It works for a place to stay but it wasn't as great of a value as the other hotels I stayed at

Breakfast is only open 6-9 am. Most hotels stay open for breakfast till 10 am. I came to the kitchen at 9:05 and everything was put away and I got nothing to eat, I don't think it that hard to stay open till 10:00. My schedule for my 3 day stay was I was up late so never got a meal. The Bed was horrible, lumps and dips, very uncomfortable.

One handyman short of a nice hotel

Decent hotel... room floor was sticky, room had an odd smell, remote control was something crusty on it. Bathroom shower was falling apart and had what looked to be mold. Overall staff was nice but seemed short-staffed.

Staff was friendly, housekeepers were great & friendly, Pool was warm. My only complaint was last year we stayed here for one night with our kids hot tub had cold water theyvwere ordering part, this time pool was warm hot tub was cold. They told us this time they ordered the part again. So not sure. Every thing was great!

Rough check in

Had hard time checking in. Clerk couldnt figure out my hotel.com reservation so had to pay again which caused a double pymt. Then as we were filling up the hot tub we saw ants coming out from the hot tub. Lady came up and sprayed them and cleaned the tub. It was fairly quiet but dated for sure.

Good place to get away for the weekend. Heater/AC sounded like a bag was in it, i cleaned filter and it quieted down, bathroom sink no hot water probably because the handle was broke off. Came back to fresh towels but the dime I left on the floor was gone. Was on 3rd floor prefer 2nd floor.

Room cleanliness disappointed. Pool and hot tub not warm enough in my opinion. Second time there for time with granddaughters we enjoyed both times but was better the first time for me and grandma we like a good hot hot tub. Granddaughters even complained about the colder temperatures. Breakfast was good but no where near like first time.
