A little bit of Paris in Kennebunk with Hot Tub!

Situated within a short walk to beautiful downtown Kennebunk, this cozy private bedroom & bathroom has its own private entrance and street-side parking directly in front of your first floor unit.

Formerly a bed & breakfast, my 1890 home/Inn is best described as a boutique-style motel. I have 4 private units on one side and my private home on the other.

This unit is freshly painted and the decor is a mix of antique & new with a Paris theme.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee station and breakfast nook. The private bathroom with shower and tub is accessed thru a small 3 foot private attached hallway.

Sample size toiletries are provided and also Keurig coffee pods with all the coffee necessities. Plates, bowls, glasses & utensils for two are also provided for small meals.

Beach/hot tub towels, coolers, beach chairs, an iron & board as well as umbrella are all available for your convenience. Save yourself some luggage & car space as you don’t need to pack these items.

The TV is a Roku and provides some free programming and you can also login to your personal Netflix, Amazon, Hulu or other streaming apps.

A beach parking pass is provided which is a value of $25 per day. The beach parking pass is for Kennebunk town beaches only which include Gooch/Kennebunk beach and Mother's beach, two beautiful beaches that are a 5 mile drive from my home.

I share my rustic backyard with a "camping vibe" with my guests and enjoy chats by the fire or over a morning coffee. The inflatable hot tub for two is privately shaded with a canopy tent. A griddle style grill, patio dining set and sun loungers are also part of the backyard amenities.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator and a microwave. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as a hot tub, or other amenities including barbecue grills and bike parking.

The bed was very comfortable. Facilities for prepping one’s breakfast were good. Site location was convenient and accessible to many points of interest: Beaches, Hiking/ cycling trails, Grocery Store, Gas Station, Pharmacy, Dining options. Location was quiet and safe.

Charming and Great Location

My husband and I had a lovely getaway to Southern Coastal Maine. The room was very charming, with a mix of new (flatscreen TV, fridge, updated bathroom) and old (wrought iron bed, wide plank wood floors). Sherry was very responsive and helpful.We hope to stay again!
