Clean room, bed good, parking perfect, location near base and mall, restaurants. Hotel perfect for short vacation and graduation. Staff very friendly

We had a good stay. Staff helped us when checking in we were assigned to a 1, king bed room on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator so they relocated us to the 1st floor to a 2 queen bed room for no change in price. However, the lock on the door was broken. The offered us a 20% discount for our next stay. We were in the area for a funeral so not likely to be able to take them up on the offer as we most likely won't be in the area again. Thank you

Pool was good temp, hot tub could be hotter. Other than that a very great stay all around!

This is a great place for families with young children but I would have liked more division/spaces for young adults.

Excellent staff- very helpful & friendly. Rooms and bedding were super comfy. Loved the look of the hotel, inside and out.

Overall a well located property with new view to the lake and in a good condition but the staff was something else . It wasn’t they were rude ; there were not existing . Waited 20 minutes to check in, didn’t respond to calls or text when issue raised and during check out waiting another 15 min .
