Room was cold. Heat did not work. Engineer attempted to repair and brought thin blanket. Room was still very cold. We were moved to a different room which was a little better because bed was farther away from register which was blowing cool air. We checked out a day early but could not get refunded for 2nd night.

ROOM 209 HAS BEDBUGS. We saw a bedbug in each of our 2 beds past midnight and so we called the front desk. We waited for almost 30 minutes before an engineering guy came and inspected the bugs that we found. He then called another staff member to look for another room for us. We had to wait another 15-20 mins before we were finally transferred to another room. But of course, we were already paranoid and were unable to sleep comfortably that night. When we were checking out, the staff only offered complimentary breakfast after we adamantly expressed our complaints. I feel like additional accommodations should have been offered without us having to ask due to the disruption and unsanitary conditions of our stay. The breakfast was good but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to our terrible experience.

Good value for the stay. Suite space was go,od. Hotel is slightly dated and while clean, requires upgrades to the corridors, elevators and rooms. Nice overall experience. Staff was wonderful. Overall clean and comfortable.
