Wonderful property clean and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very quiet location with fabulous hikes near by. Peaceful pond with great outdoor spaces. Well water was excellent which isn’t always the case in the Kerhonkson area. Would love to stay again!

We had a great stay at Fern Pond. The property offers a relaxing, quiet detox from the city. It is about 20-30 minutes from a grocery store but there’s also a bunch of Farm stands in between. The yard was great for our pup as well. Excellent stay, we will be back!

The entire home smells of wet dog. All linen smells of intense fragrance. We had to leave early. Could not spend another night there. Feel bad writing this... but this was our experience. (

Perfect cozy getaway

My boyfriend and I came here to get out of the city for a weekend. The property was so lovely and cozy. We spent the weekend cooking, unwinding in the hot tub, and drinking wine by the fire. It was idyllic and we can't wait to return.

Great stay

The house was very charming and well equipped and was very pet friendly. The hot tub was an added plus and even though it ended up being a bit rainy, we were able to enjoy the firepit our first night. The owners sent very detailed instructions before we got there and were very fast to respond. The house was on a nice quiet street but was still only about 15 min. Drive to the grocery store. Overall we all loved our stay!

A week of peace
