The location is great. The room is nice. The bathroom is extremely small, the area cannot be much over 12 square feet. For someone 6 feet tall and 225 pounds it was difficult to use the toilet and shower.

The hosts were fantastic, very responsive and helpful to transport us to/from the airport. The location is convenient for Duvall and central to almost all things in Key West. The room is small, but no one goes to Key West to stay in the room! The room was clean, with a very comfortable bed and small kitchenette area. I recommend this location and we will likely go back.

Excellent location!! The room is small but it is perfect for walking to all the wonderful sites. Loved that we didn’t need to rent a car to get to/from the airport. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive when I asked questions. Great experience!

The room was clean and well kept. We had two issues, one which was easily resolved (TV box was disconnected). The other issue was the fire alarm was going off, not beeping as if the battery was low, but as if there is a fire. And in the middle of the night. I called at 1:30 am but could only leave a voice mail. I was not contacted the next morning, I had to call back. The issue was resolved as we were out all day, but disappointed that there seemed to be no emergency contact after hours.

Peaceful Perch in Paradise

I’ll admit that the room was smaller than I anticipated, but it was perfect for our trip! All of the essentials were provided: dishes, silverware, paper towels, bath and pool towels, etc. The unit is an easy walking distance to Duvall Street, the buoy, great food, and nightly music. The Colocado team was great: helpful, responsive, and professional. We will be back!

Great time in Key West!

We just returned from our stay in Key West and had a great time. Carey's corner is extremely clean and convenient to everything you'll want to do in Key West. The pool is really nice as is the entire property. My wife and I are friends with a couple and he is 6'9". We both agree the studio would be a challenge for him, especially the small bathroom FYI. Highly recommended for "average" size humans lol.
