We enjoyed 2 nights at this property and found it to be comfortable and convenient. There is no parking at the property but there was a parking lot within 1 block. The room was small, but fine for what we needed as we spent most of our time out exploring. Would recommend for anyone that wants to be close to the action of Duval St, but on a bit more quiet location.

We loved our stay at Coco Plum! We would choose to stay here again due to its excellent location, cleanliness and overall lovely ambiance. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is a lack of attentiveness to poolside towels and temperature control in the rooms. This is really nitpicking, though! I would give 4.5 for sure! Also, ask for a room on the right away from the Green Parrot for a little more quiet. Thanks for another great stay in Key West!

We unfortunately did not enjoy our stay. We asked for a quiet room, but could hear the music at the Green Parrot all night, and we barely slept. Further our room was not made up (which was manageable), and the breakfast was okay (not great, and not what I expected from a b&b).

What a great spot in Key West, so close to port, beach and Duval, but still very quite. Great place to stay, we'll be back!

Great Location!!! Pool was nice, check in was very easy. The breakfast menu changed from Scrambled eggs and bacon to biscuits and gravy (not a fan) which resulted in our group eating at Blue Heaven which was fabulous, but still an expense not expected

This Inn is just perfect. The room was small but clean and comfortable with a fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was great for hanging out and cooling off, with options of sitting in the sun or shade. The staff was above and beyond with their hospitality and helpfulness. Coco plum inn is located in the perfect spot! Next to The Green Parrot or walking to Duval Street. We stayed 2 nights and I am looking forward to staying here again.

We loved our room, it was quiet and comfy. The pool was great as was the breakfast area. Nice to chat with others staying at the hotel. It's a great location of course. Highly recommended! The staff were very helpful and provided great tips for things to do, as well as parking! Check with the staff before you drive all over town looking for parking!

Great location, clean, comfortable bed. Room was adequate but not a lot of extra space. Breakfast was good but you only have one main dish each day. Today was biscuits and gravy which I don’t like. Had to settle for 2 biscuits plain and some potatoes. Pool area was very nice. Parking can be an issue. We were lucky to get into a lot just across the street from but it was the last spot. The next closest lot is 3 blocks away. Both were $20 a day. We didn’t use the car. If we had, we probably wouldn’t been able to get back in the lot. However, most things are within walking distance Also uber and Lyft were readily available. Bikes, scooters, golf carts were as well.
