The property itself and management was great, however the cleaning staff went through our personal belonging's and proceeded to eat our food when it was clearly directed to be moved into our next room (given if you book through expedia, you will have to change room's on Saturday), and then lied about it. The hotel management kindly tried to resolve the matter (and we are grateful for their help), but overall it created a large feeling of distrust.

Great getaway spot!

Long weekend getaway to Key West and this stay was a wonderful choice! The view was gorgeous and location was perfect! Easily walkable to great food and night life. We’ll be back!

Quiet and comfortable

It was clean. We stayed beside the pool and it was still quiet in our room. It had convient location to several shops, beaches and restaurants. The staff was friendly.

We loved the location of the resort. It was within walking distance of Duvall street and so many restaurants. Even though it is close to everything it was very quiet and peaceful. The small private beach was nice to return to after seeing the sights. The staff was super friendly too. Would stay here again if we return to Key West.

We loved our stay! Just know the 3rd floor suites are 152 stairs with NO elevator. For some reason there is frequently a sulfur/sewage smell that is quite unpleasant:( Staff very helpful and they will take your luggage if you ask🌴☀️🌴☀️

Great location. Room was clean and plenty big enough (1 bedroom suite). The grounds were great. Pool area was always clean. Worked cleaned the decks by the room every day. Staff was super friendly. There isn’t much to do at the resort except hang out by the pool or ocean but that was perfect for us. I would recommend staying here.
