Spoke to front desk after discovering the night before that there was hair everywhere on my bed by pillows her name was Solana at front desk ,since there are apparently no manager working here. I asked very politely to clean my room. This was 8 hours ago. Said they have to make the rounds first. I was not given an apology at all. I did not even ask for anything other than to clean. Never coming back. Beware !!

Great overall! Only issues is that they start blaring music at 8:30am until 11:00pm. Plus it’s under construction, but they actually did a great job of covering it up so no issues there. Last thing is that there were some children there from some sort of wedding reception, but we were told this was a 21+ stay.

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. They canceled our reservation and moved it to another hotel the week before traveling due to construction. It took 3 phone calls to get our reservation confirmed at Margaritaville Resorts. We were looking for an adults only hotel. I was told at checkout that we were comped a free night for all the inconvenience. We found out afterwards this was not true. After two weeks of unreturned emails and phone calls,I was to told that the $746 charges would not be reversed.

Great staff from the front desk to the drivers and the staff at the pool/bar area. Everyone was courteous and welcoming. One area of the hotel was under construction but that didn’t interfere with the fun. Initially in room 123 but there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, they moved us without a problem. The pool area was a great time daily. And the hourly bus ride into town was convenient. The hotel also has bike and other vehicle rentals on site which is super convenient as well. We rented the bikes one morning returning them late at night after dinner which was a fun day of touring key west from the southern most point to roost is for dinner. Great time in Key west!
