Located 2.7 miles from Smathers Beach and 3.8 miles from the Ernest Hemingway Home & Museum, this quiet piece of Key West is the best location for relaxation. The property is on a corner of the island featuring its own private beach and water access.

Amenities include an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a private beach, dock, concierge, and a delicious restaurant with Bay views. There's also a bar, concierge, business center, complimentary parking, and onsite grills.

This light and airy two bedroom, two bath condo is spacious enough to accommodate up to six guests. It features free WiFi, a flat-screen TVs, a washer & dryer, and a fully furnished balcony. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a large vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed and access to a full bathroom as well. The living room features a sleeper sofa, while the separate dining area features a large table for six. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and cookware.

We have been going here for 10 years. Love the screened in porch! The pool and the tiki bar with Suzy is always fun! We plan on going next year for another 3 weeks!

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Quiet House! The property was gorgeous! All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional! Suzy Q at the Tiki Bar was the sweetest ever! The rooms were so comfortable and clean. Your property made us fall in love with Key West even more! We set up to return again next year! Our stay was like a little piece of heaven on earth!

Very nice two bedroom condo with a pull out sofa. We went to TJ Max and bought a foam bed cushion to make it more comfortable. Publix and other stores are very close by so you can but food. The unit has a very nice full kitchen and it also has a washer and dryer! The grounds are beautiful and the pool was very nice as well. It is not heated so that is good to know. Also, it is a 15 Uber ride to downtown and there were plenty of Ubers that came very fast. I would not rent a car which we mistakenly did. The parking downtown is hit or miss and it's cheaper just to use Uber. I highly recommend the ferry to Fort Jefferson. I would buy the trip insurance too so if the weather gets bad you can change your day. You must book that months in advance. Watch a few You Tube videos if you haven't been there before to give you more ideas. The staff was extremely pleasant too.

This is our second stay here. It’s getting a little worn. The kitchen needs renovating. The porch furniture is uncomfortable and worn. New mattresses are needed as they are lumpy and saggy.

Family vacation

We loved our stay at the property. It was even better than the pictures described. The pool area was relaxing and tiki bar was nice. The food and drinks were good at the tiki bar. Definitely would stay wt this resort again.

Wonderful stay

The place was nice and the screened in porch was heaven! The door to the outside opened all the way to the porch. You will need to rent a car it was far from Duval street. But car rentals were very reasonable. Bring ear plugs for early morning when the roosters woke up. The pool was great and the cabanas were awesome. Pool was never over crowded. Over all a great experience!
