Poor maintenance of room. Walls and doors are super thin so you can clearly hear every sound in the neighboring rooms. Only positive was the location. Short walk to Duval.

Tiny room. No hot water in tub or shower. We should get a partial refund. Had to take cold showers. Informed hotel staff. Staff were sympathetic but since I booked through Expedia, they said they couldn’t make any adjustments to the bill. Will not use this property again.

I rarely write reviews, but I have to speak up this time. The hotel boasts a great location, but the conditions and management are disappointing. The facilities are poorly maintained and outdated, with hair everywhere in the bathroom. The front desk was either unattended or painfully slow. And the mandatory check-out before 10 a.m. is just infuriating—it reeks of unwarranted arrogance and rudeness!
