nice downtown location in Old town. as it was a vacation club, it was a bit tricky finind reception area and water after hours.

Door lock mechanism very finicky. Had to try door key 3-5 times before it would unlock. Made a weird sound in middle of night almost sounded like someone was attempting to get in.

Hotel is worn out, AC is one of super noisy one. USA has a lot to learn from Japanese silent air conditioning design. Cleaning is okay, location is good. No free car park but they have agreement with the garage next to, like half price.

This was an amazing property. Wish we had stayed for more than a night and we're already planning a trip to Key West again just to stay here another time. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Parking deck is directly across the street. Beautiful pool. Near the water (cruise port), a 5 minute walk to Duval Street, and the Truman Little White House was basically next door. Genuinely cannot say enough good things about this hotel.
