"Flip Flop Inn" is a beautiful 3 Bedroom 3 Bath home, (each bedroom has its own private full bath), and a Queen size Futon. We're located in the luxurious gated safe community of Coral Hammock. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include a large community pool and a fitness room. Two parking spots are also included in your rental. We are ideally located at mile marker 5 which is only a 10 min hop to downtown Key West, Duval St, and all the action. The Key West golf course is directly across the street, and there are no less than 4 restaurants and a CVS within walking distance of the home. Host Dave was very pleasant to communicate with. Returned a call immediately when I couldn’t locate email regarding check in and check out instructions. The house was incredibly comfortable and the perfect size for me and my family (dad, 3 adult children and 7 lb Cavapoo). The kitchen was well stocked, rooms and beds all cozy. Bathrooms were modern with great amenities. Many great restaurants/cafes nearby. We left well rested and satisfied with an excellent vacation. I could see us returning in the future!!

We spent a blissful week in Dave’s beautiful house. It is in a great location just over the bridge from Key West and walking distance to some lovely restaurants, bakery, deli and CVS. We biked everywhere from the house even though we had a rental car. We said we would have biked from the airport if we had realized how close everything is! Access to all of Key West’s gorgeous spots is easy from the house including Duval Street and the beautiful beaches. It was great not to even have to consider traffic or parking. The botanical gardens are a short walk away too. We traveled as a family of 7 and the house was roomy enough for 6 adults and one almost adult. It had everything we needed to cook when we ate in. The pool and courtyard were just gorgeous. And the gym was great to have on site. All in all it was amazing and we would return in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything Dave!

Wonderful stay

We were in Key West for a family wedding with three different family groups. This house was perfect with three bedrooms and their own bathrooms. Living area, kitchen and dining area were the perfect size. Nice porch in front and patio and balcony. Many very positive amenities. Downside is that it is next to a very busy road so you do get road noise. The owner was super responsive to the couple of questions we had. Very convenient to our events. About a 15 minute drive to the downtown area and 10 minutes to the airport. Great restaurants in the immediate area. Well stocked kitchen and strong WiFi. If in Key West again, will stay here.

31 Coral Way, Key West

Located in Cow Key right off the Overseas Hwy, gated community, and the location was a short (10-12 minutes) drive to downtown Key West. Property was very accommodating, and the area was nice. One bedroom & full bathroom with shower downstairs, and 2 bedrooms/master & full bathroom upstairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms had 2 twin beds that you needed to push together to create a king bed vs. having a 3rd king bed. Full kitchen, laundry was on second floor (provided laundry detergent). Very accommodating residence. Fantastic bakery, Italian restaurant (Roostica) both within easy walking distance from the residence, and Hogfish Bar & Grill was in the same neighborhood (fantastic eat). I would stay here again!
