I was disappointed in the way the rooms were depicted online and in reality. For example, their website said we would receive robes and slippers...no. The room had only one chair and when i requested a 2nd they sent a patio chair instead of the armchair and foot rest depicted online. Other than the direct beach access, the place is not worth the $600+ per night.

Requested two beds, and got booked a king. No issue there. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and the toilet paper holder was off the wall. Good at the hotel was good and had good options for charging to the room. Didn't get final bill emailed even though I corrected the email twice. Overall 4 stars
