There was only one elevator, the other elevator was broken the whole stay and took forever to get the elevator,water control was on the wrong side of the shower and off center also no ventilation in the bathroom. Nice property terrible maintenance on the hotel. The restaurant really overpriced. I’m from NY and we don’t have pricing like this marlin restaurant.

The room was spotless and spacious. The restaurant was delicious and beachside. The beach was beautiful! The hotel staff were very nice. The hotel is close to everything in Key West old town and Fort Zachary Taylor State Park.

I did not get the room I booked ocean view as stated in Expedia. This was booked 6 months in advance for my wife's birthday. Totally different room no view at all. This totally ruined my trip when I arrived being told I did not have that room. Thanks a lot Expedia you ruined My wife's 60th birthday. I will never forget it. I will make sure and go out of my way to tell people this experience with your scam company.

The hotel was very nice. Beautiful beach & pool. We had a little difficulty with check in as we arrived during a storm a the room we booked was still occupied by someone who extended their stay. Within 24 hours we were in the room we booked

We had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and very clean. Our valet man was great with directions and recommendation for must see places to go. The food in the restaurant was very good and we loved the desserts. Our room faced the gardens and was a lovely view of the grounds and pool and a small view of the ocean. Thank you!

No one was there to help with the bags, it’s a maze to get to your room, rooms are small. Doors to the rooms are open to the outside!!! More of a motel vibe. Restaurant on the grounds is good but very expensive for what it is!

The beach and pool area are great. The bar and restaurant open up to the beach area and is all excellent. The hotel is nice, but like almost all of them in key West, is old but updated nicely. The staff is great. It’s expensive but the location and amenities are worth it.

Awesome location with both pool and beach. Pool bar service was excellent. The room was average, couldn’t turn down ac unit to make it cold enough. The room was only clean every other day. The front desk people were very friendly.

The staff was awesome very accommodating the hidden fees of $800 and $60 a day resort fee could all be included in a package or at least more advertised again the rooms were awesome. The accommodations were awesome. The people were great. Food was great. Drinks were great just to hidden and fees were a surprise.

Fantastic beach resort stay. My kids loved the pool, and the restaurant was very good (though expensive). The suite was ideal for our family -- once the kids were asleep the grownups could enjoy drinks on the balcony.
