Can't say enough positive things about our stay at the Key West Villas. The location is fantastic. It is a short walk to Duval Street and stores/bars/restaurants, yet enough off the path to stay quiet in the evening. Our suite was very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything was very clean and the large kitchen was well-stocked if you plan to cook. Beds were comfortable, as well. Kevin and Heather are on-site daily to handle any needs you may have. There is a daily happy hour with free shots-of-the-day and drinks. A continental breakfast is also provided. The grounds are beautiful and there are plenty of chairs to sit around the pool/hot tub, as well as on the front porch. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would certainly return next time we are in Key West.

The check-in process was seamless, and the owners greeted us with genuine warmth, making us feel instantly at home. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a cozy, inviting atmosphere.The location couldn’t have been better — perfectly situated within walking distance to all the attractions, restaurants, and activities we wanted to enjoy. It truly made exploring Key West effortless and fun.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily return in a heartbeat!

What a find! This was the perfect location right off Duval Street and within walking distance of everything we planned to do in Key West. Being just off of Duval, it also provided privacy. There are only 7 villas sharing the pool and hot tub area, and we got to enjoy it exclusively. The owners provided so many extra amenities such as daily happy hour (with free drinks), continental breakfast, and snacks/soft drinks available all day. We will be back!

Owners are on the property all day. Rooms were stocked with everything - right down to night lights in the bathrooms and extra fans (ceilings & floors) in all rooms with A/C which made the rooms VERY comfortable, as much bottled water you needed WITHOUT charge, the free snacks in the office were out of this world, the pool was VERY clean. Love the hospitality by the friendly owners - we would definitely stay here again!!!

Fabulous Everything!

My husband and I were traveling to Key West with another couple to meet up with yet another couple who had their boat docked at Conch Marina. The 4 of us travelers wanted to stay on the island, so the search began for accommodations with 2BR 2BTH (somewhat challenging to find & get rented fast) and close to the marina. When I finally came across the Key West Villas #7 listing, it fit the bill, all of the reviews were positive & one review said that if you’re on the fence, book it!! It was definitely the best advice, and I booked it on the spot. We all LOVED the Villa during our stay in early February!! While there, we found out our boat friends had also stayed in Villa #7 in December 2024 and raved about it. The Key West Villas are in the middle of everything & just off Duval; left on Duval leads to the Atlantic & right to the gulf. If you read all the reviews, you’ll find out the fabulous amenities the property has to offer. Added to those, there were beach towels & cooler bags for guest use on/off the property, as well as luggage storage before/after your stay. Staying at this property with its peaceful/tropical vibes and great proprietors (Kevin & Heather), is highly recommended!!! Do it; you won’t regret it.

The Very Best in Key West

The Key West Villas are comfortable and quaint with easy access to all the fun on Duval st. The hosts are genuine and gracious doing all they can to make your time in Key West the best. They have thought of every detail offering items we didn’t think we would need but greatly appreciated. A well balanced continental breakfast started our day right. Daily happy hour offered great drinks and an opportunity to share stories of the day with other guests. The pool and hot tub are just the thing after an active day. Will plan to stay again we next in Key West

The villas are very well located, close to restaurants, bars and all the social life of Key West, they treated us very well, they gave us a welcome bottle of wine, the villa equipped with everything necessary to make the stay a pleasure, Clean with luxury amenities for guests. Wonderful Place

We were both so glad we chose to stay here. The place was clean and spacious. The hosts were very nice. We received a bottle of wine as we checked in, happy hour every evening and breakfast every morning are amongst the many nice things about the place. The location was amazingly close to Duval. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area. .

Key West Villas

I would not consider staying anywhere other than Key West Villas when visiting Key West. Hosts Kevin and his wife were super attentive, friendly and couldn't have been more hospitable! Our villa was well equipped and clean. Really enjoyed the daily Happy Hour gathering which included a wide variety of drinks and of course, the shot of the day! Look forward to returning here for another vacation!

Great stay in the heart of Key West

Our group of 5 ladies had a blast staying here! Everything was just lovely, from breakfast, to happy hour, to relaxing by the pool! If you are on the fence, stay here! You won't regret it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. These Villas are in the heart of downtown Key West, so you can walk pretty much anywhere. Thanks again Kevin! We will certainly be back for another stay in the future!
