Beautiful newly remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo right in the middle of River Run Village. Great kitchen and living room with all new TV's and furniture. Big bright windows bring in the outside while you can cozy up in front of the fire. This is located right in the middle of River Run Village at Keystone which is the base of the Gondola and the center for all the restaurants and shopping in Keystone. You will never need a car from the moment you arrive. A free garage for parking is located directly below the building with elevators to your room.

Perfect Location

This condo was perfect for my family of 4. It was so nice to be able to park our vehicle in the parking garage during our stay instead of leaving it out in the elements. Perfect location to grab our gear and hit the slopes easily and quickly.

Great Spot!

My rental car never left the garage. Condo was clean and well kept, and it's steps away from the village which leads to the gondola. I also got an excellent price! I highly recommend it!

Great Value

For the price, we were very pleased with our stay. I do agree with other reviewers that the shower could have been updated in a more functional way; the unit is only partially updated, the water pressure was low in the kitchen, and dishes and cooking utensils were the bare minimum. However, it was priced accordingly relative to the area. The shared amenities in the building (hot tub, sauna, common lounge areas, fitness room) were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. We would book this unit again.

We live Labor Day in Keystone

We always stay at Silver Mill. We love being so close to everything. All I would say is this condo is right above the main entrance and faces the parking lot and highway. There is some parking lot and highway noise but not too bad.

This is a great location. The unit is updated and overall nice. I had to call the property manager because the check in details were not up to date. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were not clean. There was dirt/pine needles where someone's feet were and a hair in the bed.

Great place, I will return.

Checking-in was difficult. Inaccurate check-in directions for the key made it very stressful. No person was around to offer assistance. Tried to contact property manager, which was unsuccessful. Eventually I found a contact number for the property owner, he was very helpful. But it took a while to finally get a key. I liked the place, except for the construction going on. I would return to the same room if its available next time.

This property is so convenient to the River Run Gondola and the shops and restaurants. Please note that you still have a bit of a hike in ski boots to get to the slope, but I looked at it as a warm up. I could have used a bit more storage space for our clothing. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo, but if you were going to do some more serious cooking, the kitchen utensils, glassware and silverware need upgrades.

Very nice, upgraded, few critical suggestions

This is one of the nicer units we have seen in River Run. The tile in the bathroom looks amazing. We haven't see an upgrade like this yet in Keystone's village. I do want to let the owner know that this beautiful tile needs proper glass doors in the shower. This crazy cheep shower curtain really takes a lot away from this improvement project. It needs doors. For real. Also a set of blinds to completely cover the balcony door would have rose this unit to the best we have ever seen in River Run. We would return over and over again to this unit if both of the above were improved.
