It has views of the ice rink/mini golf, partial slope views, and sits in the heart of River Run. Whether you're visiting for summer or winter activities, you’re in the perfect spot, and the unit comes with gated garage parking.

This 2 bed / 2 bath condo sleeps up to 6 guests and includes ultra-premium linens and a freshly replaced duvet after each guest. You'll also enjoy access to a pool, hot tub, pool table, workout space, sauna, ski locker, and bike rack in the garage. Inside, you’ll find a full-size kitchen, oversized private balcony, and more!

The Space

ALL new mattresses, furniture, art, and more.

The primary bedroom has a king bed. The secondary bedroom features a queen-size bottom bunk with a twin on top and an extra twin pull-out mattress below. All mattresses are brand new. The full kitchen comes with all amenities—and then some. Small toiletries are provided to get you started.

Note: NO AC.
Each room has an oscillating fan. There is heating and a gas fireplace that turns on with a switch.

Cleanliness Matters
In addition to the many amenities, we go above industry standards with our linens and bedding. We provide ultra-premium linens along with the Ivory White Bedding Program. This means that ALL bedding—including the duvet covers—is replaced after each guest. Most units keep the same comforter or duvet without washing between guests, but we believe you deserve everything fresh and clean for your stay. This perk is at no extra cost to you.

We’ve just finished a full renovation! Everything has been updated or replaced—artwork, furniture, and more. We hope you enjoy the condo that you'll be calling home during your getaway.

Guest Access
With your key card, you will have access to all areas at Expedition Station, including 1 unreserved parking spot in the under-building garage located on River Run Road. You'll need to use the QR code to register your license plate and length of stay.

No need to get out of your vehicle to enter the garage—just use your key card from your car window. You will receive a parking pass with your check-in packet from SCMR. Additionally, you’ll have access to the hot tub and pool area at Dakota Lodge.

Important Parking Note:
The Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8/day for parking starting November 1st, 2025.

Other Things to Note
- Your key card also gives you discounts at some local businesses.
- No animals allowed (owner is highly allergic). Please do not book if you plan to bring pets of any kind.
- Please be gentle with the window screens and sliding screen doors—they break easily.
- Laundry facilities are located on the same floor, behind the elevators. Machines take credit cards only ($1.75 per cycle). Laundry detergent is not provided—please bring a few pods if needed.

Nature Alert: You may see large wild animals in the area. Please admire from a distance and do not approach.
