Orchid Blue provides the perfect accommodation for Large Groups and Multiple families of up 16 people on heritage-listed Fraser Island. This expansive elevated pole-home straddles the eastern slope of Orchid Beach Township, where you will enjoy a short walk to the beach, local convenience store, petrol station, and bar. The home is spread over 3 levels with each having its own large deck. The top two levels enjoy ocean views where you can watch the whales passing by.

THE SPACE
Orchid Blue is spread over 3 levels with two large living areas, two kitchens, two bathrooms, three toilets, and four decks making it ideal for multiple families who still want to enjoy their own space.

FIRST LEVEL - Elevated high above the ground this level comprises a self-contained 3-bedroom unit space includes kitchen, living, and dining areas. A large balcony on the ocean side extends from the living area and wraps around the side of the building to ensure you enjoy fresh breezes and 180-degree views of tranquil native bushland.
This level also contains a separate laundry and toilet with its own entry.

SECOND LEVEL – This level offers 2 Queen bedrooms and a large kitchen, dining, and living areas with another large balcony with ocean views and year around breezes.
Large bathroom with separate bath, shower, and separate toilet.

THIRD LEVEL – Accessed via a spiral staircase the large loft space has 5 single beds perfect for teenagers or older children. This open space also has an observation deck that has amazing 180-degree views from Waddy Point to the Sandy Cape during the day and offers the most amazing stargazing at night.

Parking spaces are provided for up to 6 vehicles.

The property is not suitable for large boats.
