Kleine, zentral gelegene 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Ideal für Kurztrips in die schleswig-holsteinische Landeshauptstadt. Hervorzuheben sind die kleinen Extras, wie Kaffeepads, Teeauswahl, Duschgel, Shampoo, sogar Zahnpasta. In der Küche war auch ein kleines Tablett mit Öl, Essig und Gewürzen. Das habe ich tatsächlich noch nie einer Ferienwohnung erlebt.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktioniert schnell und reibungslos. Wir kommen gern wieder

Für maximal zwei Personen okay

An sich eine schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage. Check in und Check Out problemlos da es ein Schlüsselfach gibt. An der Sauberkeit muss an verschiedenen Stellen gearbeitet werden - Badarmaturen und Wasserkocher in Küche verkalkt, Toaster sehr schmutzig, mein Sohn setzte sich gleich wenige Minuten nach Check in auf einen Stuhl - als er wieder auf stand sah ich leider erst die ganzen Hundehaare nun an ihm und dem Stuhl. Kleinigkeiten sind defekt wie das Licht im Kühlschrank oder das Teil zum aufhängen der Duschbrause. Das schlimmste an der Ferienwohnung ist jedoch das Schlafsofa. Wir haben zu dritt gebucht und sind somit auf das Schlafsofa angewiesen. Das Sofa ist zum schlafen viel zu kurz sodass die Beine drüber raus hängen für eine Person ist die breite okay aber dieses Sofa ist so hart das man nicht mal eine Nacht drauf schlafen kann ohne am nächsten Morgen Schmerzen zu haben. Eine Rückmeldung an den Vermieter ist erfolgt jedoch nur mit der Rückantwort das wir diese Bewertung ausfüllen sollen.

Wohlfühlwohnung

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man/frau braucht. Der Vermieter ist bei Fragen direkt telefonisch erreichbar. Bis zur City läuft man ca. 20 Minuten, ein Imbiss ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Falscher Titel für die Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist keine „Wohlfühlen Wohnung“. Sie geht auf eine sehr befahrene Strasse hinaus und der Zug ist auch gleich nebenan. Das Sofa eignet sich niemals als Schlafmöglichkeit. Der „gemütliche“ Balkon ist schmutzig und geht auf die befahrene Strasse hinaus. Zwekmässig eürde ich sagen.
