The Grand Champions Villas are located in the heart of Wailea on Maui's sunny south shore - where the weather is just a little bit better than anywhere else on the island. Wailea, a luxury resort development, is one of the most beautiful places on Earth. It has 5 crescent shape golden sand beaches (Polo, Wailea, Ulua, Mokapu and Keawakapu), 3 championship golf courses (Wailea Blue, Gold and Emerald), a championship tennis center, miles of bike paths and 5 world class resorts (Fairmont Kea Lani, Four Seasons, the Grand Wailea, the Wailea Beach Resort by Marriott and Andaz) which are linked by the fabulous Wailea Beach Walk, a paved 1 and 1/2 mile path, that offers panoramic ocean views.

You will find my Villa on a gentle slope just above the Wailea Beach Resort within walking distance to all 5 beaches. Its proximity to the 5 world class resorts as well as The Shops at Wailea (a luxury shopping center nestled between the Wailea Beach Resort by Marriott and the Grand Wailea) means that you have dozens of fine dining and shopping options as well as access to a wide variety of beach activities (snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, out rigger canoeing - to name just a few).

While a number of the Villas at the Grand Champions have been remodeled to some extent, my Villa stands out because absolutely everything is wonderful. Instead of just replacing the countertops and refacing cabinets, I gutted the kitchen and both bathrooms and started fresh. Beautiful finishes include custom, high end cabinetry, modern LED lighting, Quartz and granite countertops, custom tile work, stainless steel Samsung and Bosch appliances. For your comfort, there is also Fujitsu Ductless Mini-Split whisper quiet A/C through-out.

Light and bright with soaring 20' ceilings, my spacious Villa will welcome you home from the beach in island style. Professionally decorated in a style known as "Beach Lux" around my collection of art work by local island artist, it is luxurious without being stuffy. Quietly located above it all, my top floor luxury Villa offers stunning views. Watch the sunrise over Haleakula from the lanai, and enjoy brilliant Maui sunsets from the front landing or the privacy of your own bedroom.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private lanai. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. We had a wonderful 3 week vacation in this condo! The host, Faye, is an excellent communicator and owner with attention to detail. We appreciated how immaculate everything was when we arrived, the keyless entry, and excellent directions. We had all the utensils, pots and pans, and spices that we needed to be able to make a dinner, pack up a lunch for the beach in the provided ice chests and enjoy eating on the lanai overlooking the golf course. The bed and pillows are super comfortable and the two bathrooms were ideal to spread out and quickly get ready to go places. We would definitely stay in this condo again when we are in Wailea!

Super Clean & Great Communication

Property was just as described and communication was top notch. Faye made sure we had everything we needed and went way above and beyond in making our last day special. Fantastic condo!

Perfect for my needs

Faye is very communicative and friendly. The unit is exactly as advertised. I slept extremely well in the bed provided and I absolutely loved the effectiveness of the bedroom ceiling fan. It makes me want to get the same one for my bedroom at home. Bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated and provided everything you would hope for with a long stay…like the comfort of home.The check in and check out processes could not have been easier. The living room TV screen is glitchy, but I wasn’t in Hawaii to watch TV anyway, so it was not a major inconvenience in any way. She has a very nice washer and dryer that I used during my stay. And the lanai was perfect for breakfast each morning. The location is amazing! I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend Faye’s condo to anyone looking to visit beautiful Wailea. Thank you Faye!

Great Getaway

This very equipped condo had everything we could ask for - spacious updated design, quiet deck overlooking Wailea Blue Golf Course and centrally located - close to pool, shops and the beach, other golf courses and Kihei attractions like the food carts and beach.

Perfect Place

Loved the condo, its amenities, clean and comfortable. Only downside is almost daily HOA maintenance, leaf blowers, mowers, etc. Also parking lot is right below master bedroom window. More noise.

Perfection!

Condo was perfect for our stay in Wailea. Great location walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, in a cute, well-maintained condo complex with lovely landscaping and right on the golf course. We very much appreciated the well-organized and stocked kitchen & bathrooms. Owner has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable! Bathrooms/kitchen were new and so nice. Paradise always

We’ve been fortunate to have visited Maui/ Wailea many times ; most often at the Palms or Champions. Faye’s unit is extremely well appointed and thoughtfully equipped for people who are in for a peaceful rest. While the Lanai has no ocean view it has perfect morning / eve sun and the tranquility of the golf course. We hope to beck soon

Amazing Location and Quiet Condo

We love staying here...2nd time for us. Condo is just up the hill from all of the fancy Wailea resorts, so easy to access all of the beautiful beaches, golf courses and shopping areas. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, beach bag, towels in addition to a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. Very clear check-in/check-out directions with a notebook full of basic condo info and local suggestions.

Perfect condo/space in Wailea

My wife and I stayed at this condo in Grand Champions in Wailea during our wedding trip on Maui. It truly was the perfect space; it was comfortable, relaxing, and had everything we needed. Quiet and well maintained unit. Second floor unit is not suited for handicapped since there is no elevator. Mountain view overlooking a couple of fairways of the Wailea Blue course. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. 2 pools with a whirlpool. Owner was easy to communicate with and helpful.
