The property itself is a good location and the grounds are maintained (with exception of bugs), but unfortunately our stay in Unit 106 was DISAPPOINTING and the unit is in serious need of a DEEP CLEAN and MAJOR UPDATES. When we arrived, the front door would not open and we were told it had swollen from the rain. Once inside, the floors were EXTREMELY DIRTY and the kitchen counters and cabinets were worn, chipped and outdated. The kitchen supplies were especially concerning, the dishes, pots, and pans were OLD and UNSANITARY, and we did not feel comfortable using them to cook. We were also only given less than a quarter roll of paper towels for our stay. Bugs on counters were also disgusting. The couch had a cover on it and did not resemble the photos in the listing. The master bathroom tub was chipped, rusted, and had an old plastic device sitting in it to hold bath water, which did not feel hygienic for bathing our granddaughter.Both bedroom closets were completely full. The master closet held lamps, a suitcase, and other unknown items, while the second closet was packed with OLD beach chairs and umbrellas. While appreciated, they took up all the storage space.The master bedroom window was BROKEN and taped, the curtains were makeshift and couldn’t be opened fully, and the windows and PLASTIC blinds were very dirty. I did take a look around and other units windows were clean. This unit has potential, but it did not meet expectations for comfort or cleanliness.
