The Perfect Maui Getaway!

We hadn’t been to Maui as a family since our kids were little 6 years ago. We returned with our now 15 yr old and 9 yr old and it was such a fabulous place! What a view, as well as lovely decor making it so relaxing! We were gifted a nice little bag of local coffee which was a nice touch. The property management was in touch with us throughout to make sure everything was great and in order. We had a kitchen sink leak late at night that was minor, and I texted and was responded to immediately with a phone call. I had someone arrive the next morning to check it out and arrange for a plumber. Back to the perfect place - beds were comfortable, all the amenities were there. Love the metal prints of beautiful photography! We are photographers so I certainly appreciate good taste. Also, we had no idea that this was in front of a lagoon that’s shallow, wonderful for little kids, and full of sea turtles near the rim of wall of the lagoon. The earlier you get up to go down there, the more sea turtles you will see. One early morning I counted 19 sea turtles! No joke! It was amazing. Also, near the downstairs elevator there is an excellent Indian restaurant. All good things to know if you book this place…

This property was incredible

We had awesome time at this property. Property itself is spacious and clean. All linens and bedsheets were clean. This property has better view than what it shows than the picture. Two of the downside was the unite was missing all small pots which I guess you can request them through the property management but we didn't need to use them at all. Also the master bathroom sink and bathtub was clogged. Needs some liquid plumber. I highly recommend this property and willing to go back.

Yukon does Maui

It was really great. We loved the unit. Getting someone there to help was fast and crazy good. Pool was a bit disappointing in size and chairs near it. But all and all good. Beds are very comfortable place was super clean. Not as many restaurants near by as we would have liked. But still good. We would come back. But would want a ground floor unit by ocean or pool.

Property Management Extremely Responsive

Was a great trip. It could have been a disaster however Jeff was able to arrange a move for us due to construction that shook the walls at the original property. We got notice of it well after booking and too soon to change. The property we moved to was wonderful. Thank you Maui Paradise Properties.

Close to the beach and the main road, can get noisy

We had a very good expérience with this unit, however this unit is one of the closest one to the main street and it can be noisy at night. Also, in the master bedroom you have great windows curtains BUT there is also a patio door that has NO curtains !?!? We brought it up to the management hoping they could fix it.

Can’t go wrong with a trip to Maui…

Just the facts…not to bash but there were some issues. Issues with entry to unit…multiple wrong codes given…housekeeping mediocre, and just to note this unit is on farthest end of building. Located closest to street (traffic noise). If your looking for Oceanfront…this is side view oceanfront. We had a wonderful time regardless of these minor issues. Spent more time out enjoying the island.

Compared to many other condos in the area, this one is nicely updated. Nice view of Maui fish pond and really easy beach access is great. Not a ton of dining, etc nearby but it's all a short drive away.

Excellent through and through!

This property has it all! Great location right on the beach, beautiful views, great pool/bbq area, and comfortable beds and accomodations! There is a rock surfbreak/wall in the water surrounding the beach where sea turtles were living! You can watch them sunning on the rocks and swimming inside the enclosure! The enclosure also blocks the big waves so the beach is family friendly. If you want more action on the water, just walk to the other side of the rocks!
