Aloha and welcome to Leis of Luxury! When you arrive at the Kamaole Sands driveway you will be greeted by lush tropical gardens and waterfalls, and the stress of everyday life will disappear. Unpack, unwind and relax in our spacious island themed condo. Free parking spot which is the 2nd closest to the elevator. We are unit 6-402 on the top floor. You are welcomed with ease through our keyless front door entry system. It's time to kick off your shoes - yippee you are on vacation!

Sit outside on the lanai and take in all the sights. Admire the beautiful multiple views of the blue Pacific Ocean, the tropical gardens with the sweet smell of Plumeria trees, color changing water features, an evening sunset and the family friendly swimming pool and game area.

Or are you ready for the beach? Put your valuables in the in-unit safe and then pack up an ice chest, grab some beach towels and chairs and go right across the street to Kamaole Beach Park III, voted one of the best and safest beaches in Maui with a lifeguard on duty.

As of September 2023, we have upgraded the unit with new flooring throughout as well as new Stainless-Steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Enjoy cooking delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. For convenience you have your own new washer/dryer inside the condo.

The living room has split a/c, a beautiful armoire which houses an entertainment center, a flat screen TV, games for all ages and a library of books all for your enjoyment. There is also free Wi-Fi.

A beautiful grand wooden spiral staircase goes up to the master loft bedroom. Retire for the night in the new king-size bed that has a foam mattress topper for extra comfort. Watch TV and cool off with the split a/c unit that is upstairs. The bathroom upstairs was just remodeled with a glass walk in shower.

In the downstairs bedroom there is a queen size bed as well as a single sleeper chair that unfolds onto the floor for children. A flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows. There is also a split a/c in that bedroom as well.

We have 3 split a/c units inside the condo for comfort control. Or if prefer the "island way" of temperature control there is a security locked screen door, windows and ceiling/floor fans throughout the condo.

Make plans at our facility for a round of tennis or work out at the onsite gym before a day of snorkeling, swimming, or whale watching (Oct.-April) or maybe you just want to relax by the pool or soak your tired muscles in the spas. There are full showers located in the pool's restrooms. There is a game room area poolside for family fun. On Wednesdays make sure to attend the resort's complimentary poolside hula show. Whether it’s zip lining through the rainforest, a drive to Hana, biking down or seeing the sunrise at Haleakala, a snorkel boat to Molokini, or a helicopter ride over the island, there are lots of adventures on island for you and your family to enjoy.

OUR LOCATION:
The Kamaole Sands Resort lobby is open 24/7 for your arrival with complimentary coffee from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. You are required to check in at the registration desk, pay a nominal resort fee and at that time you will be provided with information including parking passes, entry codes for the complex gates and the swimming pool area. This is a non-smoking complex except in designated smoking areas. It is situated on 15 acres of lush tropical gardens, just 30 minutes from Kahului Airport and within 10-20 minutes to golf courses, great restaurants, boutique shops and groceries.

SUPPLIES:
All guests receive a complimentary 'Starter Kit' of amenities and supplies. You will find paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, trash bags, bath & hand soap, hand sanitizer, personal sized shampoo, dish soap liquid, dishwasher soap, a kitchen sponge, laundry soap, and basic cleaning supplies. If you run out of above-mentioned items, you will need to purchase more for the remainder of your visit. Due to limited personal protective equipment in Maui, you may not be able to find the protective gear you prefer to use for COVID 19 so please bring your own as these are personal items and we are unable to provide them for our guests. Owners are not required to supply beach gear however we do try to restock once a year some beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and a cooler. Unfortunately, some guests break items or forget and leave them behind and don’t replace them; saltwater causes damage; strong winds blow umbrellas inside out and the spines break. Please understand there are no guarantees what beach gear will be there during your visit.

There are rumors surrounding Maui Vacation Rentals. The truth is Maui is open and ready for your business with the spirit of Aloha! In 2023, the Maui Mayor proposed legislation to close over 7,000 legal vacation rentals in response to the Lahaina fires. However, Hawaii vacation rentals pay the highest property tax, more than hotels and that a portion of our taxes fund Affordable Housing on the island which is crucial. Fast forward to today, it appears that the mayor would be happy with converting a few hundred units for the remaining unhoused residents. There is ongoing legislative discussion about the government's ability to shut down legal businesses being unconstitutional. We would very much appreciate your business! Mahalo
