🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location, you may encounter roosters or harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii — please don’t harm them. The HOA provides regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life.

Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you notice excessive activity; we’ll work with the HOA to address it.

s soon as you exit the resort you can cross the street you are at Kalama Park/Cove Park. Some of South Mauis best beginner surfing and a local favorite park. Next to Island Surf is the Kihei Triangle. Known for its bars, restaurants, and little local shops.

Behind the Island Surf is South Maui Garden which is the newest gem on Maui. This Nursery/Food Truck park is the perfect place to walk around and grab a bite, day or night.
