My lovely Kihei Akahi condo, features a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit with a stunning ocean view! It’s a clean, peaceful place with a lanai that offers a beautiful ocean view. The condo has been lovingly remodeled and decorated in a Hawaiian style, complete with artwork from local artists, so you’ll find everything you need to unwind. Come and experience the Aloha spirit of Maui and enjoy life!

This condo is perfect for special people like you who love the luxury of sipping your first cup of coffee on the lanai, watching the sky and ocean change colors, smelling the plumeria, and listening to the birds. Or, you can enjoy a Maui sunset with a Mai Tai before a romantic moonlight walk on the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen lets you whip up your favorite meals if you’re feeling adventurous, or you can stroll a short distance to some of the best restaurants and shops in Kihei. Wailea is just a five-minute drive away for more shopping and dining.

Located on the 4th floor of the C building in Kihei Akahi, just 100 yards from the soft sands and warm waters of Kamaole Beach II, you can relax on the beach, snorkel, boogie board, or body surf. The tropical breeze naturally cools the condo when you open the windows. Plus, it’s not near the elevator, so you’ll enjoy a quiet, restful sleep.

The unit includes beach towels, mats, an umbrella, chairs, and a cooler for your use. If you enjoy walking, a path along the beach connects to the Wailea resort area. There’s also an activity desk at the complex to help you plan activities like luaus, Molokini trips, and more. Since I live nearby, I have a guest book with some of my favorite Maui activities, restaurants, snorkeling spots, and beaches.

The Kihei Akahi tennis and pickleball court opens at 7:00 a.m., so you can get in a game early. Golf is available at one of six world-class courses within a 5-10 minute drive.

I take great pride in keeping the condo in excellent condition, focusing on both its aesthetic appeal and cleanliness. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the lanai, and pets are not permitted.

Berney’s place was absolutely perfect. This was our first trip to Hawaii, and the area exceeded all of our expectations. The condo had everything we needed—a well-equipped, functional kitchen, a comfortable living room, a cozy queen bed, a washer and dryer, and a fantastic patio. Watching sunsets and even spotting whales right from the patio was an unforgettable bonus!We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. The beach is just a short two-minute walk away, along with amazing cinnamon rolls and shaved ice. We loved spending our mornings and late afternoons reading on the patio.The location is very central and convenient—about a 10-minute drive to the grocery store and pharmacy, with plenty of coffee shops, great restaurants, and food trucks nearby. Berney is a wonderful host, and we especially loved joining him at the canoe club for the visitor paddle, where we were just feet away from a mama and baby humpback whale—truly amazing.Highly recommend! We had a great 8 days in Kihei! This was the second time we’ve stayed in the same condo unit. The unit is nicely located and was exactly as expected. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped! Lots of great beach gear, all in great condition! Bernie, our host, is great to work with, and provides very nice accommodations He will also provide whatever assistance or information you might need. We will not hesitate to book this same unit again during our next visit to Maui!

Fantastic Condo

This is a true gem in Kihei! The condo offered great views of both the gardens and the ocean. I really appreciated all of the available amenities, such as two pools and bbq areas, and the in-condo washer and dryer. The building is situated so that the tradewinds blow through, keeping the condo nice and cool. The Hawaiian decorations throughout the condo were tasteful and made it feel extra comfortable. I also really appreciated the Tommy Bahama chairs and water equipment available. I look forward to my return visit to this excellent condo very soon.

Great location, clean condo for good price

I was looking for a place that was in South Kihei near the beach that was clean and a good price since I pretty much just wanted to eat dinner and sleep there. This condo definitely delivered that and Berney was very helpful with check in and a late check out.

Anniversary trip

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and met our needs. The balcony was our go to in the evening. You could see the stars and listen to the ocean as you relaxed. I highly recommend this condo, it was also walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. If we are in the area again I wouldn't hesitate staying here.

Great location! Snorkeling right across the street! Sea turtles!

Nice, clean, everything we needed for the beach. Got to snorkel, and hang out with 2 sea turtles at the beach right across the street! Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Beautiful grounds, older building with louver windows. Nicely remodeled with ac unit in livingroom. It was really hot while we were there, so we moved the bed into the front room to be near the ac, closed the bedroom door, and then we couldn't hear the rooster crowing out back. It was a nice, safe, comfortable place to stay. Got good sleep so we could go have fun! We were there for a week. Check out the Kihei Caffe for breakfast!

Great one bedroom condo at Kihei Akahi

We had a wonderful stay at this great little condo in Kihei. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony. The location could not have been better. Our host Berney is the best!
