If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

Royal Mauian is a unique six story oceanfront property located in south Kihei offering unobstructed views of the clear blue pacific. The Royal Mauian features an oceanfront pool area giving you the comfort of a pool setting with the beauty of a day at the beach. A rooftop garden area with gas barbecues & panoramic views of the island as well as free parking are available to guests.

A Note From the Owner: Welcome to our condo. For over thirty years we have been returning to this location and finally decided it was time to buy. We love being right on the beach adjoining both Kamaole one and two. They are among the best beaches we have ever encountered. From our condo the views are unbeatable. We enjoy watching all the water activities, the turtles, porpoises, whales, etc., all from our unit. The collection of restaurants and shops directly across the street are very convenient and good. The micro climate here is drier than many other areas on Maui. We know you will enjoy a stay here.

Outdated for the price

The condo is very outdated. We knew it did not have any AC but we have stayed in other condos where this was no issue. However, the sun is baking in the windows from 2-sunset and the curtains in the bedroom cannot keep it out. It gets really hot in the unit in the afternoon. Most of the kitchen supplies are old and rusty. The location of the unit is great, but it is right above the pool which we did not appreciate. It is close to the beach and the town and you can walk to most places. We love Maui, but will not be coming back to this unit. It is simply too expensive for what you get.

Love Maui and the Royal Mauian!

Great views from this condo. The kitchen is a little old but the appliance work. The rest was just great. Love it when there is a little of the essentials left in the kitchen like salt and pepper, spices and oils.
