The Hotel was great, But the evening shift clerk was the problem. He had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Our Son it’s in the military near Killeen. And our and and our grandson is also up in Killeen. So we decided to go up there that evening to see our grandson and see our son. Will you stay at the La Quinta Inn down the street. But this time we decided to go to the Fairfield Marriott. When we came in me and my wife, we said good evening the clerk did he he didn’t say anything back. He was like trying to find a room say did y’all go through Expedia or something. Was that all ghetto. Was acting like he doesn’t like his job gave us a card once he found a room. And said room ???that was it didn’t say have a good night. We had to go find and tell us where???was that in all my years of getting hotels me and my wife we never dealt with an attitude that bad just blatant. I don’t care for this job much is we love the hotel I don’t think we’ll be back.
