This Hotel is in a great location , but most of all the staff were amazing very helpful and professional they really couldn’t to enough to help and make you feel welcome. Great front desk staff and staff all around/ had an issue in the Joni Restaurant with the server Mohamed presenting us with the wrong bill. That we paid for and then had to get reversed which took time: that was the only blip in service as not what I woke expect at the Park Hyatt/ room was nice and clean although the carpet was not vacuumed every day and the bath towels not good quality. Overall enjoyed my stay and everyone was nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay her again.

The manager on shift was very rude to me and accused me of taking something from the bar even though I didn’t and if I did I would pay for it and was caught off guard how unprofessional he was to the point I would not stay or recommend anyone else to this hotel again

As a VIP member of expedia group. I rarley post reviews. The hotel is over rated with customer service. My credit card has unauthorized charges without my consent and I will be moving forward legally in regard to this matter. Staff cant get away with this.
