The shower was too open so we had to be careful not to flood the bath room and the water was backing up on the shower floor. There was no toilet paper holder and also no hooks to hang any piece of clothing.

The fact that when I booked it, It stated that you could cancel up to 24 hours before your arrival, I went to view the hotel a week before and wanted to change to a better hotel, then I’m told no refund, in future I shall visit the premises before booking as the images don’t give an accurate picture

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, familiar with staff who are very accommodating and helpful. However after staying at the sister Hotel 39 in Montego Bay, I feel some of the rooms and parts of the Altamont need updating. Always a pleasant stay and will definitely return.
