The property was well maintained with friendly and attentive staff. The location is a block away from a main road but is was quiet, serene, and secure. The included breakfast provided excellent local and continental options.

Loved the warm welcome by staff. Reception smelt and looked lovely. Breakfast was lovely. The room didnt have mugs for us to have a hot drink. I wasnt notified about the gym being out of service which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. But overall our stay was pleasant.

Loved the Altamont Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica!

A beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel. The view of the mountains from the windows is stunning. Close to many local attractions including the Bob Marley Museum, Devon House, Enancipation Park, Blue Mountain and more … Excellent restaurant and bar. Friendly, helpful staff. Loved them! Good choices for the inclusive breakfast. Great efficient, always on time taxi service and tour guide. (Mr. Roxy -Rocky is commendable!) Suggestions: they could update the furniture and decor in the rooms. Also have a separate trash can for plastics in the rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

They gave me a room that was so smelly not even the ac or my perfume could drown that smell out, room 211 yack, I walked into a room being clean 215 they said that room was not being rented, I was moved to 111 was a better room but later saw a big roach crawling around the room, the gym don’t work and the pool looks dirty, they really need to clean the place up to be honest.
