The third party online system didn't synch with Comfort Suites so they overbooked and gave us rooms at Quality Inn. Breakfast was not ready when lots of guests flooded the area after 9:30AM. There was a little fire at the toaster cos a guest put a lump of butter in. Our room was on the first floor and the door slamming was crazy at night...can't get a good night sleep!

We had a great vacation/stay. The pool was perfect for our kids (with toys included which was amazing). The breakfast was yummy, something for everyone. Every single staff that we encountered was so helpful and friendly. It was convenient for things we were out doing during the day. Thanks for a great stay

The room was nice however, if you get a room with 2 queen beds, the air conditioning unit is less than a foot from your face and blow right into your face. You can’t point the vents away and the unit is the same height as your bed. Can’t even turn it down or the rest of the room gets hot. Plus our patio door would not open.

Check in was great. Girls counter friendly and helpful. Room was in a separate bldg from the check in counter? Room okay. Nothing special. Room door you had to use your body to Open and close. Patio door was the same. Balcony dirty. Overlooked the parking lot. Would have loved to sit outside on balcony. Surfaces of doors in hallway and staircases sticky. Yuck!!!

We didn’t even stay. Looked around it was too dirty. The pool didn’t have any towels. And the door was propped open with a dirty towel. The hotel smelled like old cigarettes. We literally came back to the room after walking to the pool washed our feel and left and booked another room trying to get my money refunded

Was okay.

Service was good, check in went smoothly. Our room was clean, but very dated. The remodel that shows in the photos isn’t a true representation of the condition of this building. When you walk in, the main level smells of cat urine. Not sure if there are people that live there permanently, but I thought it was weird.

Very clean hotel, little outdated in some aspects but very clean nonetheless. Pool available. Breakfast available and was decent for what you’d expect from a hotel with plenty options. Close to lots of dining and shopping, right off the 401 hwy. Close to downtown and kingston pen. Staff very friendly. Only thing that threw me by surprise was parking was an additional charge per day. I think for 3 nights it was $20 give or take. Would come back if i’m in the area again
