This was a beautiful hotel with a great view located in downtown Kingston. It has a fabulous restaurant though a bit on the pricey side.

I was put in a room that had a constant noise coming from the bathroom vent all night long. I barely got any sleep that’s with a fan on and a noise app on my phone. I was looking forward to a nice relaxing sleep and it was the complete opposite very very frustrated

Staff were amazing. Our original room was very loud because of weather/door structure but they were accommodating and moved us to a quieter room. Great amenities. Great location. Only downside was expensive parking.

The room was nice, the view was excellent. That evening there was substantial winds from the west hitting the building square on and there must be a piece of exterior cladding or flashing that was banging up against the exterior wall ALL NIGHT, I had to run the heating/cooling fan on all night to try and help drown out the noise. a bad night sleep :( I did let the front desk know and all I got was "Thanks, I'll let maintenance know" and two free coffees.
