The room was cold. The heaters don’t work when we turned them on. Cold air was coming through the door too. No extra blankets. It was cold. Other than that, room was spacious and comfortably cold. Take your own portable heater if you plan on staying at this hotel.

Oh it was excellent and the reason we picked the hotel ! Was for the pool and hot tub Your front desk staff and breakfast staff were helpful and excellent. And you could tell all your staff enjoyed working here all smiling no one rude! And free coffe and tea at all time. We enjoyed our stay and ended up staying another night!

What makes this place stand above the rest is the staff. The personnel at the front desk were great. In addition, the people in charge of providing breakfast go above and beyond their duties to make sure guests have a good time while eating.

Nous avons tout aimé. La propreté, le personnel, le déjeuner. Beaucoup de variété pour le déjeuner tout le monde trouve ce qu'ils veulent. Seul point négatif ceux qui crie et cours dans les couloirs passé 22h mais c'est pas la faute de l'établissement c'est le monde qui doivent apprendre a respecter les autres.
