Came here for a work event for 3 nights, 2 of the 3 nights we had to call front desk due to severe noise from other guests in the hallways and nearby rooms. Room was very clean and tidy however the lack of sleep due to noise issues greatly disappointed. Breakfast was limited and ran out of meat to enjoy with other hot food. Otherwise food was average

Great hotel - we come often to Kingston and will make this our destination again for sure. Spacious modern rooms, great indoor pool and fitness gym and great breakfast- highly recommend!

This was my fifth time staying at the holiday inn express. Loved his clean, plentiful breakfast, and pool. But this time I was disappointed. The breakfast room is too small, you have to grab a seat, and there are too few service personnel. The lid of hot food is easy to burn children. Food is not as good as. motel。 The pool is too small. So next time I won't just book this hotel.

Really near the highway in a good way , like 5 minutes from the highway. All that sector seems to be pretty new and still in construction.

I had a great stay at this hotle. The property is new and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that made the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, which made a big difference. I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the overall quality of service. Highly recommend!

New hotel with modern features like getting your phone connected to room tv so you can stream your favorite shows (big kudos for that). Lightning was also along with new tendency but we couldn't regulate bright bathroom light to be softer and minimum when visiting overnight. Nice bed lightning but it was difficult to get just the night lamp on while turning off the rest of the system. Breakfast was OK but I feel that the breakfast quality has diminished on what was once one of the best features of Holiday Inn Express. Overall good experience. We'll come back.

The property was great and clean. Staff were very kind and helpful. I also liked that I could bring my pet with me for an extra fee of $25/night. The bedroom was spacious and cozy and enjoyed that I could cast on the tv to watch my favourite shows. Overall it was a great experience!

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The bed was very cozy and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a bigger pool, because it got crowded fast and maybe more places to sit down to eat breakfast. It still was a beautiful hotel to stay.
