Plenty of storage for your clothes can be found in a spacious purpose built wardrobe or if you prefer to use the large walk-in closet with full-height double hanging rails and shelves. The full service ensuite bathroom is adjoining to the bedroom. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, wireless internet, water heater, refrigerator, washer/dryer, electric stove, oven, iron and board, tempered glass windows, sliding glass doors, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning throughout. The full kitchen features all the amenities and utensils you need to make the perfect meal! The uniformed security guards work in conjunction with a rapid response security company that has overall responsibility for securing the complex. There is ample parking available with market personalized parking as well as a visitor parking area. Located within 5-10 minutes walking distance from: Restaurants Bars, parks, Devon House, Movie cinemas, Supermarkets, Gym, Embassies, Shopping Mall, Business Centres, Night Clubs, Hospitals, Police Stations and Fire Stations.
