Compare Ski Hotels in Kingston

A lovely hotel! A bit confusing with the room layout but I found it quiet and was able to rest.

We loved that this designated historic property is in a historic district - barely half a block from NYState's first senate house! - and maintains a historic "feel" while offering contemporary amenities. Loved the suite style accomodations. The friendly but unobtrusive hosts were always available to help or explain things and told us where to find dining nearby - within easy walking distance, and interesting facts about the town's development.

Great get-away spot. Complimentary EV charging is a big plus.

Check in was easy and bed was comfortable. The room was much more run down that I was expecting at $160 a night. Chair cushions were torn, the bathtub was stained, the toilet paper holder broken, and the bathroom fan sounded like it was about to fall apart. Plus the tv remote’s batteries were dead and the mini coffee pot didn’t work. For a “fall asleep on arrival and leave first thing in the morning” stay it was functional but wouldn’t want to stay longer than that.

Our check-in process was absolutely seamless and the young woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful. The room was spotless and everything we needed for our one night stay and then some. If we are ever in the area again we will certainly choose this hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone passing through.

An unassuming setting belies the well-appointed interior and thoughtful extras you’ll find within. Parking is tight but it is off-street and the location offers come-and-go convenience for exploring the area.
