This property was better than expected! Made me feel I was home away from home. I would stay here again! Great communication and a great vacation spot. Between the hot tub, fireplace and the view of the sunrise!

Great location

I had a great weekend with my family celebrating my wifes birthday. Trish decorated the front door with ballons and a note wishing my wife a very happy birthday . There were also decorations in the dinning room area as well as a few snacks and drinks for us to enjoy. We spent the weekend with friends that have two small children and they were quite delighted with the ice pops that Trish left for us in the freezer. The bbq outside by the fire and under the lights was awsome as well as the hot tub. I totally recomend this property. Perfect location. We went to the windham path, kaaterskill falls and we did the rail explorers. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we couldn't received text messages with the access code for the door. However a quick drive down the road to an area where we had service, solved the problem . Thank you Trish for your personal touches and your prompt responses and suggestions!

Wonderful stay on top of the mountain

We stayed at the house with 5 adults, a 4 year old and a one year old toddler for a two day weekend. The house is spacious for so many people and was clean and welcoming. Heat and music were on when we entered and every room has a active air filtration system to ensure cleanliness despite Covid times. The manager Trish was super efficient, sent us information about the area and responded directly when we had a question about a safety gate for our toddler (there was one, as wellas a kids pack and play). The house had many beverages and snacks for us to enjoy and the kitchen had complete sets of dish ware and silverware as well as spices for cooking, We did bring coffee and olive oil and food supplies since we were there "out of season. We were not able to try any restaurants but we will come back another time, when it is not raining all day and lower 20's...:) Despite the weather we enjoyed the mountain arboretum walk, and a hot tub at the correct temp was waiting for us coming back home. We can highly recommend this rental.

Quick stay, but convenient location and amazing amenities

Needed an overnight for a nearby wedding and this property showed up, at a similar price to other listings... but this one has a fire pit and hot-tub -- so those two features convinced us!!!!! Trisha was wonderful with providing us so much local knowledge and recommendations for nearby activities Wi-Fi wasn't working, but it was great to really disconnect from reality and enjoy the mountain life!

Cozy Little Sanctuary

My friends and I were looking for a cozy place to throw a small surprise get together for my girlfriends birthday. We came across this place and figured it would be the perfect spot. It was everything we wanted and then some! From the well stocked fireplace, preheated hot tub, fully packed snack basket and fully functional kitchen, this place had everything we were looking for! Trisha, our cozy cabin correspondent, went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible. She provided us with all the go-to spots in town, tips and tricks for the area, house rules and tutorials and was overall just a very helpful and friendly person to have help us with our stay. She went above and beyond when we told her we were surprising my girlfriend with a stay here, even going so far as putting personalized birthday messages and balloons on the door for when we arrived! We couldn’t have asked for a better host if we tried!!! If her boss happens to be reading this, she deserves a massive raise and plenty of praise!!! If we ever need a place to relax and enjoy ourselves in again, we won’t even hesitate to book this place again.

A wonderful stay!

We had a great stay, it was short but very very sweet. The house was clean and very cozy! There was a welcome basket on the table with snacks and drinks and a binder of great info. That was very nice to come in too. Trisha was a fabulous host who was very attentive and texted great tips the week prior to out stay. She really puts her heart Into what she does! The kids loved the hot tub and the adults loves the fire pit. Such a great house!!

Wonderful

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at Nunzio's property. From booking to check out Trisha so easy to communicate with which made our stay extra special. The fire pit on night 2 was especially fun, to sit around on a cool autumn night and connect. Having never stayed in the Catskill area, Trisha was so very helpful with ideas of things to do and even provided us with a scenic route idea. Thank you for making our short stay a breeze! Only regret we had to get home and couldn't stay longer. 5 stars!

Generally Very pleased with property

Even though one of the kitchen chairs collapsed when I sat in it, the kitchen became a great gathering spot for the 3 families to gather and chat. Since we all reside in locations across most of the country, it was great to get together after a long separation. (By the way, we found another kitchen chair that was sitting in a corner and not used by us that had a missing rail under one side of the seating area.) You might have Mike tale a look at the furniture as we also found that one of the mattresses (full sized in the room with the TV, rm 3, I think) had a very soft side that almost rolled one of the wives out of bed. No one was hurt! You might also have Mike look at the mold in the shower. You also might want to provide a picture of the stairs for your ads and a description of the fact that the unit is actually on the second floor and up those stairs. Our group managed ok but, I could easily see older guests having a problem or even falling down the "small treaded" stairs. I am not complaining about these items. I just wanted to point them out as some of these items had apparently been overlooked by the cleaning staff for awhile and thought you might want to correct them.

Better than expected

Nunzio’s place was much more spacious than expected. We had a party of 6 including one 5 year old. It was nice to have the space to retreat elsewhere. The house was very clean and we were delighted to see a lovely welcome basket on the table. Communication with the property manager, Trisha was great. She provided some helpful tips days prior to the trip. Service is a little spotty but when connected to the WiFi provided we had no issues. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful Location & Cozy House

We were pleasantly surprised to find that even as inviting as this house looks on the listing, it is even more lovely & cozy in person for a weekend getaway in the mountains. We felt immediately comfortable with this refreshingly clean & welcoming environment. Trisha was a pleasure to communicate with & she is certainly on top of all the little details that go into making for a pleasant & stress-free stay. Her professional & friendly manner leaves no doubt that she can take care of everything that makes for an ideal environment to have a memorable vacation.
