Some constructive criticisms but we will come back
"Disappointed that when rooms are serviced each day the bed is no longer made--simply "pulled up" was the reply when we queried this at reception. On previous visits to your and other hotels the bed has always been made properly by the hotel staff. If the policy has been changed guests should be made ..."
