The main level showcases an open-plan and well-equipped kitchen, dining, and living area, accompanied by a separate living space, both equipped with smart TVs. Two bedrooms grace this level, featuring a master suite with an ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, and a king-size bed, while the other bedroom boasts a queen bed. A separate toilet and two outdoor entertaining areas, one with a BBQ complete this level, where the spa pool beckons relaxation between the two bedrooms.

The lower level presents a kitchenette, living area with a smart TV, and the third outdoor entertaining space – under cover for year-round use. This level also hosts the remaining three bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and the last featuring 2 single beds (bunks), accessible externally unless you're a child with a knack for finding the secret internal access designed for smaller explorers.

Outside, a charming garden and expansive lawn provide ample space for back yard cricket or a leisurely ball game. Secure off-street parking for cars and a boat is available, with garage space for one vehicle.
