Not great
We experienced the following problems at reception.
1 My wife requested three extra pillows on arrival but was initially told this would not be possible. Eventually two extra pillows were delivered/
2 We had booked a deluxe twin room but were given a standard double.but this was rectified and we were moved. the receptionist blamed her computer system.
3 Receptionist was unfriendly and rude.More interested in booking the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
4 Receptionist called concerning our check in review at approx 9 pm and asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. This was declined as we wanted and early night due to hospital appointments the following day..
5 key cards had only been activated for the first of our two night stay
6 Second night of our stay we got little sleep due to the noise from a car alarm gong off constantly. i
appreciate. that this may be out of the hotels/hospital control but ai would be interested if any attempt to resolve this situation had been attempted.
7 Woken at 9am by the person wanting to clean our room.
