found a large ants nest under the mattress, blistering paint on walls, lights not working, ugraded to a different room that had a dirty toilet and open drain in the floor.

Toilet broken, shower very little pressure but we had hot water, bed were comfy, no air conditioning, no fan Safe not working Nice hot spring pool but they filled it up only one night. Breakfast was ok. Served in the garden but thousand of flies… Will not recommend

The property manager was very kind and accommodating. However, our room was run down with cracks in the walls, flies, and ants all over. There was little to do in the surrounding area besides the sunrise hike (which is worth doing).

Great place to stay. Property is cute and unique. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nice private hot spring pool. The breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Love the hot spring

Love the free hot spring they built in the garden! The staff is extremely friendly. Location is near to starting point of mount batur trekking. You can rent a bike for 100k rupiah, but be mindful the road to kintamani town can be steep and windy. Be aware that the room has no air conditioners if you are ok with it. But climate at kintamani was quite cooling so it's ok.
They clean the hot spring and refill it again everyone morning.

Good value guesthouse in Batur!

Check-in was a little slow, but rooms were clean and spacious. Matched expectations for guesthouse standard. Owners are friendly and trying hard to meet guest requests. Cooked to order breakfast in the garden is a plus! Beware of local taxi drivers who are overcharging and behaving like mafia towards Grab/Gojek (we were physically stopped from getting into a car and the driver was threatened - not the fault of the hotel, but a challenge nonetheless)! Location is right next to Toya Devasya.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The owners did an amazing job of renovating the entire property. The gardens are large and lovely, and come with a big firepit. They have also just completed constructing a small natural hotsprings pool and lounge area. The room I had on the 2nd floor had balconies on both sides - one with a view of Mt. Batur lake, and the other with a view of the gardens. The room was lovely, any came with nice touches such as a welcome box full of toiletries, and a filtered water machine that also heated a tea/coffee pot. Bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Two big hotsprings are a few minutes walk away. I loved the Mt. Batur hotsprings - it was amazing!! The guesthouse can get you a discount for both of the hotsprings. The guesthouse also arranged a guide for me to hike to the top of Mt. Batur. We started at 9am (after the hundreds of hikers were gone), and this was the perfect time to go. The guide and I were the only 2 people on the trail & at the top of the volcano. It was fantastic! We also went up a beautiful trail, which was much better than the one the other hikers go up. Enjoyed the guesthouse so much, that I booked another 3 nights in August.

We had a nice room with a view on the lake, however the room and bathroom where not really clean. Adjusting the temperature in the shower was hardly possible. Perhaps the reason was that we were on the third foor, doe to a lack of pressure. We went away and found a good alternative in the surrounding.

Notre chambre était sale et démodée. Aucun personnel présent afin de répondre à nos questions ou nous offrir des activites. On se sentait seuls au monde. L’hôtel est située dans un petit village avec très peu de restaurants, loin de l’action. L’hôtel semble avoir été abandonnée il y a quelques années

From arrival to departure, the staff takes great care. The accommodation smells good like the whole property and it is clean. Great equipment. Magnificent garden with a little swimming pool. They can organize the ascent of Mount Batur from the hotel and preferential prices for hot water baths. Perfect WiFi.
