from how spotless the room was, to the friendliness of the staff, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again

Great location! Friendly and attentive staff; SUPER clean hotel. Pools were lovely and well maintained. The power did flicker two nights in a row but was restored quickly - they are doing construction but that did not interfere with our room/location. Breakfast needs more variety and better options. Would stay here again.

The hotel was excelent , staff were very friendly and polite. All areas kept very clean, certainly stay here again, central for bars and food.

Everything about the stay was perfect.

We had a simply wonderful experience at Ayung Resort. We stayed for almost two weeks, and every day was perfect. The resort itself is idyllic, the services were exceptional. But what we loved most were the people. The people in every single department were so lovely, it made our entire journey feel like we were a place that we belonged. Our sincere thanks goes out to the individuals who made us feel like family.
