The Villas are fully autonomous with high standards above the crystal waters of the Cretan Sea. The most well-known sandy beach of Falassarna with crystal blue waters is located about 450 meters from the villa.

Specially designed for enjoying the Greek summer in true jet-setting style, the villa has sprawling outdoor areas, all with unobstructed sea views and offering different layouts for lounging, and dining. If you want to treat yourself to an unforgettable holiday this is the right place for you. Both these villas feature airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, with an aesthetic that gives you a sense of feeling at home. Nothing but the high quality of amenities and design are adequate to cope with the needs of the most discerning guests. Every detail has been added with great care toward fulfilling guests’ preferences and wishes when on holiday.

The villas provide daily breakfast for all guests, a daily cleaning service, and changing of bath towels and linens every 3 days. These services are included in the price of the reservation.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 30€ per night from April to October and 8€ per night from November to March (including both villas). This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
